The vessel has benefited from attentive ownership throughout much of its life, including several years of being lift kept under previous ownership. Numerous mechanical, electrical, electronics, and cosmetic updates have been completed, making this a particularly compelling example of the popular Silverton 35 Convertible. She is currently located in LaBelle, Florida, approximately 45 minutes from Downtown Fort Myers. The owners intentionally relocated the vessel inland for hurricane season, where she is currently kept in fresh water and well away from the immediate coastline. The exterior upholstery was recently redone by the owner's wife, a professional specializing in architectural and home design. The owners are also planning to update the SeaDek and lower cockpit upholstery. If those improvements have not been completed prior to the sale, the owners are prepared to discuss a credit toward completion. RECENT ENGINE & MECHANICAL UPDATES ADDITIONAL MECHANICAL & SYSTEM UPDATES ELECTRONICS & ENTERTAINMENT UPGRADES THE SILVERTON 35 CONVERTIBLE The Silverton 35 Convertible delivers an impressive combination of interior volume, comfort, versatility, and manageable handling. Designed for cruising, entertaining, and extended weekends aboard, the 35 Convertible provides accommodations and usable living space normally associated with considerably larger yachts. Rather than sacrificing valuable interior beam to traditional exterior side decks, the design provides convenient access to the foredeck while allowing for an exceptionally spacious, nearly full-beam salon. Step inside and the difference is immediately noticeable. Excellent headroom, large windows, abundant natural light, and an open layout create a salon that feels remarkably spacious for a yacht in this size range.
